Thank you so much for posting this. The struggle is real. Time with loved ones, paying the bills, finding time to create, all very, very difficult at times. Much love. ❤🤔

Yes! Finding that balance between work, creating and still having enough energy left to share with your loved ones. I failed miserably at it in the past. Maybe something to talk about in a future vlog! Thank you 💜

You’re so brave for showing your vulnerability during this time, Sigrid! Balance is difficult to master. Take it day by day. We’re all right here for these particularly hard days.

Sigrid, I don’t think I have ever been more proud of anyone than I am of you right now. Your courage… your willingness to let your authentic self be seen… I uplifting and inspiring. Thank you!!

    Hey Sigrid,
I appreciate what you do, and understand the difficulty in being creative in the literary world while trying to live through daily, ‘got to get things done’ activities. I, myself, am a writer, and wish to pursue this as a career, but everyday living expenses keep me working in my job as an Applications Developer. I do some creative things on the side in small doses for now, by working with and supporting independent films when I can. My goal is to become a scriptwriter. I have been lazy about supporting your podcast because I enjoy the stories, and will get to that within the week. As a suggestion, might you consider combining two weekly episodes in one semi-weekly one? More content at once for the listeners, and perhaps less burnout for you. Also, consider working with venues like One More Lesbian (OML) or Tello Films, etc. to produce your work and get more exposure, thereby, more financing from listeners.

Good luck to you. Vielen dank.

      Hey!

      Thanks for your thoughtful comment.

Yes, I did actually considered your suggestion a while back! However, since every episode is unique (without overlap in music or design) it wouldn’t save me much time. I’d just have a workload for two, full weeks. It would literally save me about 1 hour. 🙂

If I go semi-weekly, it would be to work in the podcast one week and on a different job the next.

And I hope you can keep expanding that creative work! 🙂
