Hi! Nice to meet you 🙂 My name is Sigrid, and I just turned 33. I live in Belgium, which is a small country mostly famous for chocolate, beer and its capital Brussels.

I was born and raised in Antwerp, Belgium. But I lived in The Netherlands for about 5 years when I was in college (Radio Journalism). I also visited the States quite a bit for a while. I had a gf in Oklahoma back then 😉 Yes, Oklahoma. (I loved it)

Now, I live in the breathtakingly beautiful city of Ghent with my wife and 4 pets. My wife is a content marketer, and the calm person in our relationshop. I’m the impulsive, bouncy one 😉

I earn a living as a freelance digital marketing consultant. In the past, I thought this would be my job for the rest of my life. But now, I’ve discovered I’d like to create things like this podcast and build my own content business.

It’ll take a while, though. So for now, I still help large brands by giving advice, workshops, trainings, project support, … Good thing I still love doing it.

Hmmm, what else… Oh! I love smartphones. It’s kind of an addiction, to be honest. I’m working on that. There’s more to life than a little screen, right?

Other titbits:

I love opera and attend one frequently, I can be pretty geeky (Like “Oh, I love testing a new CMS” or “Let me flash that new OS on that smartphone for FUN” geeky), I have a mobile blog with smartphone tips (Yup, The Blogger Story is inspired by my own life now and then), I have a brother, I LOVE goats.

I’ll add some more stuff soon… (Have to go back to work now 😉
