Fellow Romantic Podcast: Q&A with Muriel #2

Hey there!

On Saturday morning, Muriel and I usually sip coffee on the couch and have a chat. This week, we moved the coffee and our discussion to the pillow fort.

Inspired by your questions, Muriel and I talked about the podcast, the new story, storytelling and writing. We might have gotten a bit too chatty but decided to post it entirely anyway.

    I really enjoyed listening to the second Q&A! I might even check out Muriel’s book recommendation. Speaking of Charles haha!

    Listening to your conversation was refreshing and helps us understand you better without being too invasive in your privacy at the same time. Hoping this is coming out as intended.

    I would like to hear future Q&As and the style suited me fine – a very natural conversation. I hope you share plenty of pictures of Frace – especially hiking ones hint hint 😉

    This Q&A was too funny; I loved the cat cameos, and the dynamic between you two is palpable! I now feel like I should start CC again, and I can’t wait for my semester to be over so that I can do some lesisurely reading. Brie has also listened to both Q&As with me and she enjoyed it too (maybe one day she will join as well). Thank you Sigrid and Muriel!

    This was great, yet again!! The natural conversation that the questions evoke keeps the entire thing easy going, fun, funny, and interesting. 😀 It’s makes for great content and it works because the two of you together (to borrow from Natalie) are dynamic. 😁👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    Not gonna lie…was getting a little bummed out that you forgot my question…that is, until you remembered my question! LOL Thank you for your response. 😊 I especially liked and agree with your description of TLR podcast as ‘an enhanced audiobook’ because that is what has come to mind recently as I’ve listened to some other audiobooks. I find myself missing the soundscape and thinking about what sounds could have been added here or there. What you are creating makes the story rich with atmosphere and the entire listening experience is simply elevated. 🤗

    Also, from your response, it brought another question to mind…and you may have answered this in some way already…while you’re writing, are you thinking about the sound effects? Or are you [simply] writing and later on decide what sounds work and where? Does that make sense? 😁

    P.S.- I just now noticed your P.S. at the bottom of your written intro. LOL I’m sure I read it prior to listening, but it didn’t stick. 🤣

    Bravo! Bravo!! I agree with all the points from Meg, Natalie, Marcie, Annie and LaLine. I need to listen sooner so I can contribute something original. 😊

    I do have a question for next time if it hasn’t been asked already… what is Sigrid’s favorite romantic movie? And can Muriel tolerate watching it with you? (Or is fun, massage oriented bribery involved?)

    Love the idea of
    Muriels Audio Book Tip.

    Don’t change a thing and don’t take it away. A rule of thumb:
    If something’s not broke, don’t fix it.

    It was very interesting, very informative, very funny and entertaining. Everything and more one would want in a Q and A recording. Loved every minute of it but mostly loved that you left all it natural happenings in it, like Charles interrupting and the pouring of the coffee in the background. Can’t wait for episode 3, maybe Milly or Winston will make an entrance.

    That was 45 minutes well spent

    I’m way late to this one, but my heart just hurt for you Sigrid! They took white chocolate rasberry cheesecake away from my grocers as well!!!! I was devistated!!!
