The Lesbian Romantic is an Audio Verse Awards finalist in 9 categories!

Yesterday, the Audio Verse Awards announced the shortlist for this year’s Audio Verse Awards. In every category, the top 5 podcasts can now celebrate being a finalist. The Lesbian Romantic has made it to that shortlist in a whopping 9 categories!

Never in my wildest dreams had I imagined this result! I literally rechecked and recounted several times 😉 Thank you so much for all the effort you put into voting and making this happen! I am so very grateful.

These are the categories:

  1. Best Audio Engineering for a New, Ongoing, Dramatic, Production
  2. Best Audio Engineering for an Ongoing, Dramatic, Production
  3. Best Writing for a New, Ongoing, Comedic, Production
  4. Best Writing for a New, Ongoing, Dramatic, Production
  5. Best Writing for an Ongoing, Comedic, Production
  6. Best Actress in a Leading role for a New, Ongoing, Dramatic, Production
  7. Best Actress in a Leading role for an Ongoing, Dramatic, Production
  8. Best Production for a New, Ongoing, Dramatic, Production
  9. Best Production for an Ongoing, Dramatic, Production

I am especially happy about the ‘Best Production for Ongoing, Dramatic, Production’. If I had had to choose one category to be a finalist in, it would have been ‘Best New Production’. This is even better.

Now what happens? Well, another voting round! The winners are chosen by the public. Voting will open this weekend, but I don’t know how much time there will be to cast ballots. The competition is tough. Let’s get ready ^^

    It’s been a year now since I’ve been listening to. Started as time to settle done clear my head. Just agreed to take in 14 now 15 y/o grandnephew. No kids all new. Weekly got so attached to Leah and Emily. Wondered how you’d top that, certainly have. Thank you for what you do and do so well.
